When we talk about this international Qualitative research meeting within the framework of an alliance of

RELATIC, the Faculty of Educational Sciences, CCPLAC, the Association of Teachers, we do not doubt at any

time to be part of this meeting and that is due to the structuring that our arrival at the presidency of the teachers'

association, we directed as two axes the Re indicative and the academic. We are in the second phase of

strengthening research, teaching and production. Research in the qualitative and quantitative field must act as

a synergy and give a product not to be in the antiquarian, museum or library object, on the contrary, they must

radiate lights, it solves the great problems of Panamanian society, a society that needs the University of Panama

that has never turned its back on it, but when in his inaugural speech Dr. Octavio Méndez Pereira said that he

was moving towards the horizon of training and the best standards of Panamanian Society heading towards that

centenary, the University has been establishing guidelines and commitment from the Research and Postgraduate

Vice-Rectory that is part of this program, the Extension Vice-Rectory and all those who are the academic units
