Policy on ethical violations
The Scientific Posters Portal of the Second Qualitative Research Meeting adheres to the highest international standards of ethics in scholarly communication, following the guidelines and recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
In case of a report or detection of plagiarism, data manipulation, or other ethical misconduct in any of the posters presented or published, the event's Scientific Committee will activate an internal review procedure:
A panel of experts will be formed to analyze the case.
If an ethical violation is confirmed, the following steps will be taken:
Issue a clarification or public retraction notice on the event portal.
Notify the institutions involved, such as universities, sponsors, or regulatory bodies.
Apply the corresponding measures in accordance with COPE guidelines.
The main goal is to ensure transparency, integrity, and academic responsibility, protecting both the scientific community and the credibility of the meeting.
