Abstract

At the end of 2020 the world guidelines of the World Organization of the Health were published (OMS) it has more than enough physical activity and sedentary behavior where it is recommended: to carry out 150/300 minutes of moderate physical activity or 75/150 minutes of vigorous physical activity, more 2 days of work of force. Main objective: To design an educational tool in health with an intersector focus to incentivate, to educate, to promote and to prevent from the Community Physical Activity the attention to people with Illnesses Non Transferable community (obesity, diabetes, hypertension, asthma). Materials and methods that were used: empiric method for the functional structural documental and theoretical, systemic revision and analysis-synthesis. Conclusion: the systematizing that was carried out allowed to base the historical antecedents of the physical activity as therapy in the public health and to evidence the importance of the same one in its innovative application through the Technologies of the Information and the Communications (TICs) in the social practice.
