Brief study of competency-based recruitment and selection of personnel

Abstract
This is a brief study that aims to improve the Recruitment and Selection of Personnel system, that is, that the collaborator attends to his functions, according to the area that corresponds to him, orderly based on competitive strategies. This study tells us about the analysis of files, job audits and how to ask questions during interviews, which employees should know for their best performance by Competencies today. The University of Panama has made an article on Recruitment manuscripts in the Faculty of Business Administration (F.A.E.C.O), Entitled Revista Sapiens, seeks to better promote the practice of scientific research and debate, for professional academics and students. For them, the journal publishes scientific manuscripts on educational aspects related to Human Resources Administration in general. The theoretical research is carried out through the reading of a book on Human Resources Management by well-known authors and their concepts. The empirical search is based on research work, theses and scientific articles carried out on recruitment and selection based on an effective combination of advanced technology, inclusive diversity, continuous training and rigorous evaluations.
